The sergeant is a 911 truther which makes him weird. But if they locked up every truther MSNBC would have to replace their entire production crew.
I thought he was released yesterday.
Not only 9-11 was an inside job, but a believer in chemtrails, Computer chips being implanted by the CFR, and ready to get an axe and cut off peoples heads.
I love the innocent pic floating around of him with the puppy, in the arrest video he looks like the joker of the batman movie shooting.
Dude is nuts.
There were lots of FReepers who didn’t think this was a problem. Who cares if he’s a truther? That’s not the point! This could be Jim Rob. This could be me.
Production crews are like Doritos - they'll make more.
A Judge did indeed order his release.I don’t know if they complied with the order however.
And conservative lawyers were all over this immediately and he has been released and the government scolded. Move is afoot to change the law... this is the way it works in a constitutional republic
To us they were anachronistic hard core marshal assholes but you could always depend on their total selfless patriotism.
Gomer over Goober every time.
maybe someone can shed some light on this. makes me think of KGB..wonder how many have vanished in the middle of the night since Obama was elected.

This isn’t a case of “laws need to be changed”. This is a case of people need to be jailed, tried, imprisoned, sued into oblivion and lose their jobs and retirements.

Among other things, the CIA went into San Francisco and other cities in the 1950s and intentionally dosed unsuspecting individuals with LSD. All while agents stood in closets viewing these individuals through two way mirrors.
Are you suggesting the government would never intentionally harm innocent individuals?
Should people who believe in life on other planets, UFO's or believe more than one shooter was involved in the JFK assassination be apprehended by government, locked up/detained and examined?
Hey dalebert,
They are using the ‘this dude must be crazy’ tactic against outspoken Christians also. http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/49003#.UDfrzq2mpjw.facebook
Or how many coroners assistants were arsenic poisoned?
ha..i better hide.
That is all very well and good....go ahead and sue under abuse of color of law. That should be done. The FACT is Virginia law allowed this man to be held for upto four hours without seeing a magistrate. The REALLY scary part is...what if he HAD and was toss into the gulag anyway?? As it currently stands things can be done and the system worked (kind of). The gulag lurks around every corner but I am willing to use the law as long as it continues to function within Constitutional guidelines
I don’t think that was he point as much as the man may well have some delusions going on. And your analogy to the 1950s ( or any other time for that matter) CIA experiments is more than a little off topic....UNLESS of course you believe that the US government actually plotted and executed 9/11. If you believe that then perhaps prison planet and infowars is more your speed
