The fact is that there are only Seven commonly used Major Keys (aka: Scales): 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E', 'F', and 'G'. And an Eighth Major Key if you add 'Bb' (B flat). Unfortunately Obama doesn't cough) 'sing' in any of them. Barry sings in the Key of 'R', for 'Rotten' -- which as of last night, hasn't been invented yet.

NOTE:
There is another 'Common Key / Scale' that is used in Blues and R&R. The 'A MINOR Pentatonic Scale'. It's also know as 'The Blues Scale'. And once you learn that Scale the whole guitar fretboard opens up and you enter a whole new world of beautiful sounds. It's almost .... Magical.
