You are right in that that the lamestream media is painting Sheriff Joe as someone in the backwoods abusing his authority. We can only hope and pray that Sheriff Joe lives long enought to bring this criminal to justice.

yes, and the media went ballistic during the Q&A after the news conference and the presentaton of the evidence. Instead of covering the story, they wanted to know political affiliations and who was a member of the TEA party, etc.

At least, not unless two thirds of the Senate goes along. Because that's the only way you remove a president. The courts don't get to do it.
And even if Zero were impeached and removed, that would just mean Plugs would be sworn in. You'd then have to remove Plugs before he could get his own successor approved ....

Sadly you may be correct. Georgia tried to keep Obama off the ballot but when his day in court came up, he didn’t show up, and the judge sided with him! the opposite of what is normal protocol. Siding wtih the side that blows off the court date? Where is the rule of law???

The Electors are responsible, under the Constitution, for electing BOTH the President and the Vice President. It was the legitimately elected Electors who legitimately elected Joe Biden, a natural born citizen, as Vice President in 2008.
There is nothing in the Constitution about an “illegal ballot”.
We are still going by the Constitution, no?

I had similar hopes for Malahi. Unfortunately he turned out to be a real weasel and a nothing-burger. A very small man.
This is incorrect, per Article II and Amendments XII and XX.
There is NO QUESTION that, should the Office of President become vacant prior to noon on January 20, 2013 that the legally chosen and constitutionally qualified Vice President of the United States would assume the office.
