GA is one of several states that require that the candidates meet the constitutional requirements to attain office. The lfbc is irrelevant at this point since the plaintiff is willing to stipulate that Obama was born in HI and is a US citizen. The issue goes straight to whether Obama is a NBC, not just a citizen.
Excerpts from Judge Michael Malihi in the Order for Obama’s Motion to Dismiss:
“Statutory provisions must be read as they are written, and this Court finds that the cases cited by Defendant are not controlling.”
“Code Section 21-2-5(a) states that “every candidate for federal and state office” must meet the qualifications for holding that particular office, and this Court has seen no case law limiting this provision, nor found any language that contains an exception for the office of president or stating that the provision does not apply to the presidential preference primary.”
“Accordingly, this Court finds that Defendant is a candidate for federal office who has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party, and therefore must, under Code Section 21-2-5, meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

Nah, John Brennan would make all the necessary arrangements. Remember Lt. Quarles who worked for Brennan’s security firm who was found murdered in his car. He was cooperating with the FBI regarding the breach of the passport records for Hitlery, Juan McCain and Soetoro.
That’s the crux of it, isn’t it? Either it’s just ‘soil’, as the Obots claim, or it’s blood and soil. But how you get to a half-and-half position I don’t know. Iow, how can anyone parse NBC to mean, ‘soil plus half-blood’?
But if it really IS just ‘soil’, then of course the kids of illegals are qualified—which suits the Obots just fine. They don’t want to preserve traditional USA; they’re on board w Obama’s desire to “fundamentally change” it. How better, than the put non-Americans in the WH?

Prediction: Any rational, law-based ruling Judge Malihi renders against including Obama on the GA ballot will be appealed to successively “higher” courts until a sufficiently irrational, corrupt, and/or cowardly panel overturns it. The appellate courts will grant a stay, then the process will drag out until after the election, at which time the higher courts will decree that the matter is moot because the election is over. This reduces the direct threat to Judge Malihi, but watch for a “Justice” Department frame-up pour encourager les autres. That said, miracles can happen. All hail the plaintiffs, their attorneys, and Judge Malihi for putting their butts on the line for the Truth and our country.

What did this quoted language follow? What is in the section before, that results in the statement “and thereupon such person shall be considered a citizen of the United States.”
This is the last half of a text from a law allowing aliens to become naturalized American Citizens if they are here two years and go to court to prove it.
It has nothing to do with a Natural Born Citizen definition.
It deals only with free white people who are aliens.
It was repealed January 29, 1795.
I think it is interesting that aliens had to prove they were here two years and that they were of good character to be granted citizenship status.

To the best of my rather limited knowledge, it's the only time congress has actually defined any conditions for being legally an NBC.

The McCaskill memo was never passed as a law only a "sense of the Senate", as if the Senate had a lick of sense...
But my point was that it is not defining a natural born citizen, it is defining a naturalized citizen, which are two different things.
The key to the argument is that he is not a Natural Born Citizen, although there are theories out there that he is also not a naturalized American Citizen either.
