When have we become a nation where you are guilty until proven innocent.
I am sticking with Cain.
I pray he stays in and fights this.

If that Washington Times piece is true? And that’s if? Perry needs to go now. There’s no difference between those allegations and the slanderous allegations made on Herman Cain.

Cain should do what he believes is the right thing to do.

It’s hard to argue with that statement.

If Herman Cain is guilty he should drop out now and spare his family an additional sadness.
However, if he is innocent (which I believe he is) then he should stay and fight to the end. They are afraid of Herman Cain and that is why they are attacking him.
If this latest woman to come forward has LIVING PROOF of her accusations...then she should bring them forward and put them out there for everyone to see. If she is just making an accusation then shame on her and she should have to stand before Herman Cain and his family and repeat those accusations. I think it is bogus but...that’s me. At any rate until they can PROVE Mr. Cain to be guilty ... I say press on, fight the good fight and prove them all losers.

I was a Cain supporter from the outset. I am so disappointed with the current revelations that I could cry. The fact is that he had a relationship with a woman and his wife was unaware of it. Whether sex was involved matters not. I have tried to justify this in my own mind and can’t find a reasonable story. Let’s face it.. we have high standards for ourselves and expect the same from others. Fact is I no longer care what he does.

I would agree with that. But you’re correct...these accusations should be substantiated.

Stay in, by all means! I'm reminded of a poem by W.B. Yeats:
ONCE, when midnight smote the air,
Eunuchs ran through Hell and met
On every crowded street to stare
Upon great Juan riding by:
Even like these to rail and sweat
Staring upon his sinewy thigh.
The Lamestream media, the Demos, and Academia will never tolerate a black conservative.

I’m a fan of Herman Cain the man, but not the Presidential candidate. I don’t think he’s qualified to be President, but I salute his conservatism and his work ethic. I think he’s naive and almost innocent in a way. 99% of men would be quilty of something more than a platonic relationship with the known circumstanial evidence; however, I think Cain is innocent of anything more than poor judgment and a soft heart. I think “Ginger” is a whack job making up the sexual nature of the relationship for fame or money in some way. If Cain drops out now, it will look like he’s got something to hide and would damage his reputation. I would hate to see that, as I don’t believe he deserves it.
