Uh, your argument is so exaggerated that it is meaningless. If the customer is not verifiable but pays Rossi $Millions, he’s going to be making ECats for a long time and selling even more. Eventually some non-alien customer’s name will leak out. Where do you come up with this stuff?
Don’t forget after Piantelli, there’s Brian Ahern, maybe even other scientists lining up to continue the supposed con. So when Rossi’s factory burns down, then Piantelli’s is going to have to burn, and so is Ahern’s... all this just to keep the ECat still in the bag.

I am into the business side of this for determining whether this is a scam or not. I don’t have to know the science. I know business and I know cons, this is what I am good at. Sniffing out fraud.
The number 1 reason this is fraud though, is the person’s history. If he has pulled this crap before more than once, you are almost certainly going to get a repeat performance.

Look at the differences in the energy output, look at the differences in how long Rossi claims to maintain a stable reaction vs others. There are vast differences in the claims.

***Of course it’s absurd at first glance. About as absurd as 2 bicycle mechanics claiming to unlock the secrets of flight 4 months after the highest aeronautical luminary of the day ignominiously crashed into the Potomac. Were they wrong? How would you have known at the time that they were right? By using inductive reasoning, which you seriously, astonishingly cannot do. All of this fumbling around with the science end of it shows that you lead with your emotions — “He’s a FRAUD! SQUAWK!!” , rather than look at the best available evidence.
And also, look at how little credit you give to other scientists who have investigated Rossi’s claims. Swedish Skeptics; professors of physics; Nobel Prize Winner, etc. Dude, they know far more than you do about the science. The guys who know about the business side of things have investigated the claims, and clunked down cash. Even one of our own freepers, B4Ranch, tried to get involved 10 Years Ago, but was turned down. Those are not the actions of a con artist, which you would know if you had an inductive reasoning capability.

I've actually checked into at least SOME of your supposed "proofs", and there are simple and reasonable explanations that don't involve fraud, even in Italy. Remember, I actually READ the DOD report (among many other things).
Here's how it works...."you" have some allegations of fraud (NOT proof), and some odd activities in the business world. "I" have that same information, plus all of the scientific evidence of the various demonstrations and tests, plus the testimony of many reliable witnesses that the E-cat is NOT a fraud.
