Good to see that Palin did not endorse KBH for governor.

Did perry mention in this speech that he advocated granting In-State Tuition to Illegal Aliens?

obstacles that Perry outlined in his speech and ways to solve them to get to open borders. including transportation, healthcare, education (his dream act), economic etc. Read the speech.

If Palin does what I expect and (eventually) endorses Perry, there will be a lot of heads spinning on here.

I posted the whole speech try reading it. the conditions he set were not impossible. the speech itself was a call do deal with those conditions. Perry set up a dream act, called for more infrastructure and better bi national healthcare as well as praised NAFTA and called for mexican trucks to travel the highways of the USA. I don't know where you are getting your spin but you did not read the speech nor do you understand what the speech was nor why it was given. Put down the idol worship for a second and read the freaking speech in context with fox's call for open borders and a North american Union.

this is the same reason Perry pushed the trans texas corridor, bi national healthcare, the dream act, funding for border towns, was against a border fence etc. to get to the point where the two countries can have an open border.

This speech was also the first call by Perry for his trans Texas corridor.

After listing impossible goals for Mexico to achieve. Do we have any issues on our northern border? No. Because it isn't a s#!&hole. Can you enlighten me exactly what you would have have the Gov the biggest border state to say to a President Mexico?

yes he did:

Immigrants from around the world are being taught in Texas classrooms, and our history is rich with examples of new citizens who have made great contributions. We must say to every Texas child learning in a Texas classroom, “we don’t care where you come from, but where you are going, and we are going to do everything we can to help you get there.” And that vision must include the children of undocumented workers. That’s why Texas took the national lead in allowing such deserving young minds to attend a Texas college at a resident rate. Those young minds are a part of a new generation of leaders, the doors of higher education must be open to them.

Time and place this was stated?

Listen to the following interview with Megyn Kelly on August 18th, starting around the 12:00 minute mark. Megyn Kelly asks her a direct question about whether she will be getting into the race, and she makes it clear that there is no one in the race yet that she can back.

sure embrace our Constitution, laws, and human rights and we will think about allowing your people into our country. If Mexico wants open borders they need to become a 51st state until then the borders are international crossings and need to be defended and patrolled as such. On the north south east and west.

As far as impossible decisions? seems that Perry didn’t think they were impossible. in fact he had it all worked out in his speech on how to get to open borders. dream act, bi national healthcare, open trucking on the highways, nafta, increase wealth...etc. Perry just outlined his plan for open borders and you come up with some lame as* spin about impossible conditions. You are deep in the Perry worship aren’t you? perry makes bush look tough on illegal immigration

If Palin does what she is hinting to in her interview with Megyn Kelly on August 18th, AFTER Rick Perry threw his hat in the ring, there will be a lot of Perry Apologists crying in their beer!

In that same interview she made it clear that there was no one in the race she could support.

All of this krap has already been totally debunked and proven as lies.

WHY are you toting this bucket of lies and propaganda for the democrats? Can you give me one good reason why you’re doing this?

Don’t look north, you might have a heart attack when you see how we have an entire border with no fence that people are crossing all the time.

Or maybe you actually believe that we should have a border fence with Canada? If not, you’ll have to explain how, if Mexico miraculously became another Canada, we’d still want a border fence, rather than having borders similar to the ones we have with Canada.

Although I guess it’s easier for you to simply ignore all the caveats in a speech you quote. At least you quoted them, so we could see what you were ignoring.

In fact, she has repeatedly stated that if the right person was in the race she would not be running.

I'm sorry, is she in the race now?

Pro’bly did. Especially since the great majority of Texans supported it and still do. It not only brings revenue to our college and university system since they have to PAY to go to school there, but it also REQUIRES for anybody that applies to get in the regular line for citizenship or join the military if they are going to state in the state.

And in case you’ve never noticed ours, just like every other state’s college and university system is full of foreign students and cranking them out by the thousands every year.

We just decided it was fair to let these kids, who through no fault of their own, the majority of which have lived here all their lives whose expenditures were taxed and supported our state to PAY in-state tuition. As opposed to other foreign students and out of state students who haven’t been supporting our state since forever.

debunked? Where? The speech is located on the Texas gov server. It was a speech given by Perry himself. It is the official speech. Lies? It is Perry's own words. Are you calling Perry a liar? Did Perry tell lies when he embraced open borders? Did Perry tell lies when he embraced NAFTA in this speech? did Perry tell lies when he called for Mexican trucks to be allowed on the USA highways? Did Perry tell lies when he touted his dream act he had recently passed? Or maybe he was lying when he called for new “highways” (i.e TTC)

Please tell me where the lies are that have been debunked. Fox's vision is recorded. Perry embraced his vision out of his own mouth.

Lies? The only lies I see are those trying to spin this as if he never said it.....

She said something somewhat like that I believe on Meghan Kelly's show. Of course, it wasn't exactly like that -- she said the current candidates were impressive, that she wasn't READY to support any of them, and was watching how things played out over the next month to see if anybody running was someone she COULD support.

So she didn't rule out supporting a current or possible candidate, she DID say she wasn't ready to support any yet. You could interpret that as her wanting to see if Perry flames out before she supports him -- it would be pretty stupid to jump on his bandwagon, and then have him fall apart, because that would make it much harder for her to get into the race.

So it makes sense that even if she DID think Perry would be OK, she wouldn't be ready to support him yet. She is seriously considering her own run, and until she makes up her mind about that, she isn't going to support anybody else.

BTW, I’m thinking I won’t support Perry until I see what Palin is going to do — at least for a few more weeks. No point in sending him money and working for him, and then having to turn around and support someone else. I don’t think he’ll miss my support anyway.

If Palin still hasn’t decided by the end of september, I’ll probably collect signatures for Perry in Virginia. Of course, I’ll probably collect signatures for a few other candidates as well anyway, because I think it’s good to have as many conservatives as possible, in case the one I want doesn’t last til our primary, the one that does will be on our ballot.

the chances of Mexico becoming another Canada are slim to none. And as Canada becomes a jihadist safe haven I wouldn't be upset if we did have a fence. And when Canada has 12 million illegals sucking up our resources I'll be the first to call for a fence.

Canada’s population is 25 million. there are almost half as many illegals Mexicans in this country as there are Canadians. Caveats? Would that be things like the dream act and full support of NAFTA? or maybe Perry's call for open borders and bi national healthcare?

And after Giuliani dropped out, he supported McCain right before the super tuesday primaries.
