You should ask Paul about that. Although he has talked about it, he has held the power position(Chair of the Monetary Policy committee which has oversight of the Fed) to actually do something since January and he has done jack and squat other than giving his attention to running for office. As Shakespeare said in Hamlet, words, words, words... about as useful as a coffee shop philosopher. He has shown he only wants to talk but doesn't have either the desire or knowledge of how to actually put it into action. And this guy wants to be Commander in Chief of the US Armed Forces. Ha.
