"None of these incidents possessed elements that would compel the pursuance of a ‘hate crime’ prosecution.” Technically, he is correct. None of the incidents involved a white person doing, saying or thinking something bad about a minority...
Black on white violence is never termed a hate crime. Whites are not a “potected class” in Holder and Obama’s America.
