Then whomever posted why its OK for an author to post a blog in full on Free Republic because it does not open up Free Republic to litigation wherein I showed he was wrong to assume such.
Because an author could post a plagerized work to Free Republic in full and claim such as his own work.

Btw, earlier you wanted to know about pimp threads being pulled. Well, just a few hours (or less) ago one was pulled. It was by a poster who has in the past posted lame joke threads excerpted just before the punchlines. This time he excerpted a fried chicken recipe.
