In the early 90's, I was a non-traditional college student, after spending six years in the military. I took a few political science courses where out of 100 "traditional" students, I was the only one who participated in class discussions. Kids were completely clueless, and I have no idea how they passed the course (assuming they did).
The professor was a lib, and he knew I was a conservative, based on how I responded to his questions. Believe it or not, I learned a few political principles and concepts from him, and we respected each other despite our political differences. I aced two courses with that professor.
what’s the location of that sign?
Sounds like an interesting class. Good for you.
Illegals hold all the summer jobs here. A college or high school kid can’t even get a job at Brahams or Kroger. NO jobs at the mall, or even many of the restaurants. This economy sucks on ice.
When you raise the minimum wage by over 2 bucks, suddenly jobs disappear for the unskilled who are trying to enter the workforce. On top of that you have the fear of Obamacare on employers.
Most of the young are too damn dumb to know they have been hit by their King.

A dose of reality is the harshest but most effective education of all.

I live in a college town and there is still a large percentage of students who are 0bamazombies and will blame the Republicans for every economic disaster.
