So...what does that you? He may have been party to a sham marriage - but obviously he didn't consider himself the father! It's one thing to 'marry' to bolster an application for a visa extension, but that doesn't make one a father of a child...which didn't show up in Hawaii until it was two or three years old.

Got it. He wasn't the daddy, so little Zero is natural born, even by Emmerich's irrelevant standard.

Truth is, if BHO, Sr. wanted to become a citizen by way of sham marriage, it would have been simple. He just needed to fill out the paperwork and keep Stanley Ann's bed warm. But immigration was not his goal. He wanted to acquire that coveted PhD credential from Harvard, and Stanley Ann (Anne S or whatever LOL) was dead weight. He figured Harvard punch his ticket as planned, and he'd go on to be top dog in Kenya. But he figured wrong.

Are you saying Obama is natural born..are you sure..there is as difference between being natural born and a natural born Citizen.

The word Citizen makes a big difference.

I agree Obama is natural born..but disagree he is a natural born citizen.

The Framers researched..the early republics..this includes Rome and Athens...Venice..and the European republics.

That's a distinction without a difference.

Natural born citizen simply means citizen by birth. That may or may not have been the understanding of the Founders, but the Constitution has since been amended, and citizenship must now be considered in the light of the 14th (not to mention the fact that the sheeple elected him in full knowledge of his parentage, and Chief Justice John Roberts swore him in twice). So, the whole con-law wing of birtherism, the de Vattel argument, is out the window. As is the simply incorrect fact-based argument that he wasn't born in the US (which fails even if it's correct, since Stanley Ann was his momma, and she wasn't really married to his poppa). IOW, birtherism is a WASTE OF TIME!

You don’t when he was born, you don’t know where he was born, you don’t know who his mother was or what nationality she was, you don’t know who his father was.

There is no YES or NO. The Magician has pulled the rabbit out of a hat and all you can see is what colour the rabbit is.

Haha you are spoiling my fun..cynwoody..is out gunned but is clueless..the difference between natural born and a natural born citizen.

Sunrise Chardonnay is pretty good..goes well with Tuna steaks on the grill..with instant potatoes and some grilled veggies.

One thing is certain in this life..we both agree..there is an illegal peregrine, who is spurious born in the White House.

We will prevail..

You know, I haven’t been able to follow every comment on the subject but there are plenty of “marriages” for foreigners who want to be able to become naturalized. They usually pay. Is there any evidence to show that may have been the situation with O Sr?

The only thing I can recall that might be relative to your question, is when he was first interviewed on his arrival in Hawaii, he apparently said that he had only enough money for one semester, and needed to find work ... or obtain a scholarship...then Elizabeth Mooney Kirk from the Laubach society maintained she helped him, and Cora Weiss, whose records from the AASF are in LOCK DOWN also indicated support...The AASF connection is unproven, and as we can see his sponsor was THE AFRICAN AMERICAN INSTITUTE, not the AASF...and the claims that he was part of the student airlift to the US, has also been shown to be ‘in error’ ...

....... the Indonesian citizenship angle....

Of course there isn't one! It is bullshiite like this that absolutely invalidates the quest to determine eligibility. How damn many ways are there, exactly, to tap dance around the central fact of the issue?
That is, the man's father was a foreigner. That is the beginning and the end of the eligibility story.

The real questions are,
(1) "Who is paying for the constant recycling of this mis-and dis-information?"
(2)"Why is it that NO LEGAL AUTHORITY that has the power to do do something about eligibility, has not done so? Even worse, why have they categorically refused to fulfill their sworn duties?"

Didn’t Mario Apuzzo state that the fraudster claimed he didn’t get a US passport until he became a US Senator

I've been trying to remember the who/what/when of that statement about not having a passport until he was a Senator. Do you happen to have a link for Mario saying that? Did he say that before or after the break in at the passport office. Another connect the dot coincidence?

Well, they’re certainly the people in the best position to know where Obama was born. Got any evidnece, or even any reason to suspect they are lying?

“For instance, the state of Hawaii’s former Health Department chief Chiyome Fukino is the one official who, back when Obama’s long-form birth certificate was guarded more securely than the nation’s nuclear launch codes, supposedly examined the mysterious document and reported back to the state’s governor, and to the nation, that the president did indeed have a birth certificate and she had seen it!

But just two weeks before Obama finally released his “birth certificate,” Fukino was interviewed by NBC News’ national investigative correspondent Michael Isikoff, who reported that Fukino told him she had seen the original birth certificate and that it was “half typed and half handwritten.”

Problem: The document released with great pomp and ceremony by the White House was entirely typed. Only the signatures and two dates at the very bottom were “handwritten.” What Fukino described was clearly a different document. But don’t yell at WND for that “paranoid birther” story – you can thank NBC for that one.”

Lying to protect Hawaii’s systematic granting of US citizenship to people born outside the confines of the US. The “conspiracy” goes far beyond the one called Obama. This only puts it into the spotlight...

Assuming Obama is not Natural Born, impeachment is not the remedy because not being President, he cannot be the target of an impeachment.

Agreed.

The release this morning of the claim letter from the Osama Bin Laden heirs may well operate to bring the issue back to the table.... So if these guys were relying on orders from Obama and he is not a NBC, the orders were not lawful and they have a criminal murder problem (maybe). There is an inside story out there that the Joint Chief's required Biden to sign the orders on the grounds that he is Acting President under the 20th Amendment.

Wouldn't that be something if it was OBL who finally takes down the usurper. A justice payment on past sins while liberating a country he vowed to destroy. More power to the family if they can bring about truth. That said, the SEALS were innocents in this power play to grab at poll numbers.

Please explain more about the Biden thing. Are you saying the Joint Chief's know for a fact (or at least highly suspect) the order was issued by an ineligible CinC? If so, then that's a huge red flag which begs the question why aren't they pushing to end this charade of his?

Are the orders to get OBL subject to FOIA?

Do the officers get to see the signed order, and if so, who are they?

TIA,

One of the constitutional requirements for the office of the presidency is that he be a "natural born citizen." This was put into place by the founders to keep foreigners or persons who do not bear a non-questionable allegiance to the US Constitution out. Obviously, and admittedly Barack Hussein Obama was born to a foreign citizen and is not 100% American. He's half-American, half-African and all Marxist. He obviously bears no allegiance whatsoever to the US Constitution and is working overtime to destroy it. He's a usurper and should be removed from office. He is exactly the kind of fraud/usurper the founders feared.

"If you cannot live with the above, fine, but keep your mouth shut about it while on FR. Don't fight against us on ANY of our deeply held beliefs!!"

Nice try.

The question it raises in my mind is not one legality.

The question I have is whether or not he used foreign status to get accepted into his schools.

Colleges love having foreign students and will give them preferential treatment in terms of financial aid and acceptance in order to enhance the diversity of the school.

Now, a young child, born in one country and adopted by another from a different country has no control over his citizenship. I think that argument is a non starter.

However, a college graduate who is looking to get into a prestigious Ivy league Law school declaring himself “foreign” to gain a personal advantage is a very different thing. It would be something that a silly kid might try to save some money. But it shows a contempt for his birth country, and quite frankly, a complete disrespect for his adopted country. It is the type of “illegal immigrant benefits” argument that would cause him a lot of trouble.

In short, it would show him to be a liar to the point where it would cost him dearly. It would show that he willfully manipulated the system for his own benefit.

That would be interesting to see him explain away.

The other “birther” arguments are non starters and would not really get anyone, anywhere.
