Good’un kernel! Thanks
The story was corroborated by another blogger and his WH sources (Ace of Spades).
Excuse me, it was not Ace of Spades, but rather it was Atlas Shrugged Blog.
Well, I trust Ace. I’ll see what he has to say.
oh good, I know Pam, I’ll see what she says.
“...primary opposition to this plan originated from Valerie Jarrett...”
Valerie Jarrett: Iranian of the Day!!!!
snip: “Jarrett is a member of African-American and Chicago royalty. But her story and her life begin in the Middle East, not the Midwest. She was born in 1956 in Shiraz, Iran, about 570 miles south of Tehran.”
“Every memory from Iran is a very happy memory,” Jarrett told me in an e-mail...”
‘Nuf said about the “woman” that whips the sissy-boy-in-chief.

SKULKING TOWARDS BIN LADEN: OBAMA OVERRIDDEN BY MILITARY AND INTEL OFFICIALS IN TAKEOUT OF OBL?
I read where the rational for the hit was strichly political...With the upcoming election it came out that Obama had a chance to get bin landin and refused, He’s be toast...
Not you.
This is spin for the consumption of the “it’s not obammy’s fault. The powers that be did it!” radical left wingers. Obama signed a death warrent for Osama in the form of an executive order. Sen. Shelby saw the EO.
Think about it. Holder put cia agents on trial for water boarding the terrorists captured in war. Do you think for a minute the military would go in and execute jihad’s hero without zero taking responsibility for the action?
That is super stupid.

"The president had been instructed by Jarrett to inform Mr., Panetta that he would have sole discretion to act against the Osama Bin Laden compound. Jarrett believed this would further delay Panetta from acting, as the responsibility for failure would then fall almost entirely on him. What Valerie Jarrett, and the president, did not know is that Leon Panetta had already initiated a program that reported to him and only him, involving a covert on the ground attack against the compound. Basically, the whole damn operation was already ready to go including the specific team support Intel necessary to engage the enemy within hours of being given notice. Panetta then made plans to proceed with an on-ground assault."
"This insulation ended at some point with an abort order that I believe originated from Valerie Jarretts office, and was then followed up by President Obama. This abort order was later explained as a delay due to weather conditions, but the actual conditions at that time would have been acceptable for the mission."
An impotent Obama tried to avoid making a decision. Panetta forced the action, and Obama was a passenger along for the ride. This is evident by the image of a scared/detached Obama watching the action from the sidelines of the Situation Room.
Some Obamite errand boy had to step and fetch him from the golf course.
Larry Johnson is full of crap, a big red flag of the group called VIPS, and has been since he was putting out all the BS from former ambassador to Gabon Joe Wilson, his super deep doo "CIA spy" wife Valerie and his VIPS pal Ray McGovern and Pat Lang- they are all cozy with Dan Ellesberg the guy who cowrote & stole the Pentagon Papers that was used to assist North Vietnam, which is no surprise given their affiliation with John Kerry. They were acting as John Kerry campaign staffers a few years back [before some of them became "birthers." ] VIPs for a while was fronted by Counterpunch, run by Alexander Cockburn of the rag The Nation and they are playing people who haven't been following their game like a bunch of marionettes on strings. They [VIPS] are also linked in to a leftist group called "Urgent Call" through some fellow named William Christison who was on their board, etc. We dug up all this stuff years ago on FR. They also put forth that nincompoop that Ted Kennedy was listening to, the female Colonel Kwiatkowski, among their so-called "whistleblowers."
They do know what people want to hear and by providing it, they win unjustified trust that they can use to feed other material to unsuspecting reders and listeners.
