We discuss some pretty heavy things here; it’s nice to lighten up a bit.
‘_______use Usama instead of Osama so it doesn’t sound like Obama.’
I listen mostly to FOX, and I’m hearing no one get thru 2 sentences that they’re not tripping up and using one name meant to be the other, when referring to the President, and the deceased mastermind of 9-11.
Giving anyone a pass on that.
Cannot blame them one bit. The names are too similar and the brain is having to remember which name to use when, and the mouth can’t keep up...
Why are we not just saying Obama, and bin Laden??!
(never mind - I think I hear some answers - - - cause it’s not as much fun - -).
LOL...I was explaining something about the kill misson to my wife the other night, and her face was kind of odd...I realized I had unconsciously transposed the Obama and Osamas flawlessly in a key sentence.
I suppose that is the kind of thing that could get the attention of the FBI. I would just have to say: “Hey, Ted Kennedy did the same thing and he got a state funeral!”
