Who cares, she was exercising her freedom of expression and context did not matter from her own POV. See my previous response to dumbass questions.

For the record, I would have said, activist Judges, corrupt lawyers, and smug elitist posing as public servants.

I know the context of that particular question and like the General Welfare clause, I would of bastardize the framework so much that original intent would not to recognizable anymore (Which is why I usually get the the axe when it comes to jury pools, of course no intention, just do not like insidious questions by lawyers who seek a "friendly" jury).

I suspect the judge was concerned about #2 and thought the woman was purposefully trying to get out of jury duty. The woman’s plan lacked subtlety.
