Thanks Spaulding! I blame Leo Donofrio for doing the research and providing the information! Without him and his researchers, I would have been able to post that. I have struggled for years to make this concept understandable and obviously failed. Leos posts on Bingham were hints of beauty.

I’ve concluded that the msm (including O’Reilly and others at Fox) keep up the born-in-Hawaii ruse on purpose. They wouldn’t dare venture into the facts that NBC means that both parents are citizens with “no allegiance to any other soveriegnty”.
BOR is as big a liar about the situation as any other “journalist”.
He also is showing complete disdain for the Constitution too.
Fox Business is A LOT better these days. It’s mainly politics after 6pm and does a pretty good job of presenting all sides.
I have to admit I have thought much the same thing for a while now.
In other words, BO/BS tells us he was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan student who was a British subject, making him as he told us in his thrilling "autobiography," a Dual Citizen. If the tale of the star-crossed lovers' location is true, BO/BS can indeed claim "Native Citizenship." In fact, that's all he has ever claimed. See www.fightthesmears.com, if it's still up. When I was born in 1958, both of my parents were British Subjects.
They were not under the Jurisdiction of the U.S.A., as they had neither the rights nor responsibilities of a Natural Born Citizen or Naturalized Citizen of the U.S.
Hence, there is no way I was eligible to run for POTUS.
Hell, I knew that in high school.

One error in O'Reilly's comments concerns his belief that Obama was born in Hawaii: O'Reilly seems to put a lot weight on the Obama birth announcements found in two or more Honolulu newspapers back in 1961.
Here is the error in O'Reilly's reasoning as I see it: It has to do with O'Reilly's statement that Obama's birth listed in the newspapers originated at a hospital.
My point is this: O'Reilly seems to assume that ALL births listed in Honolulu newspapers back in 1961 occurred ONLY in Hawaii hospitals.
That is, O'Reilly was implying that the paper trail of Obama's birth listed in Honolulu newspapers went something like this:
1. A hospital, yet unnamed, sent information about Obama's birth to a government agency to be officially recorded.
2. The government agency, in turn, sent a birth list that included Obama's birth information directly to Honolulu newspapers.
3. But what O'Reilly does not seem to know---or he knows but he doesn't want to admit it---is this: Back in 1961 in Honolulu there is no evidence that newspapers ONLY listed births that occurred in local hospitals.
4. For instance, many people have posted here on Free Republic over the past year that many newspapers on mainland United States routinely post births that do NOT occur in hospitals. So it seems reasonable to expect---until proven otherwise---that Honolulu newspapers back in 1961 also posted births that did NOT occur in Hawaii hospitals.
5. My point is this: If O'Reilly's main argument is that Obama's birth listed in the local Honolulu newspapers in 1961 proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii, then O'Reilly's argument is based on very weak evidence, because there is a good chance that NOT all births listed in Hawaii newspapers way back in 1961 originated in Hawaii hospitals.

And what idiot would ordain that anyone watching O’Reilly at any time excluded them from the collective notion of “Freeper”? I actually wanted to see Trump confront O’Reilly, as I have already stated on this thread (that I assume you have read.)
As for your “we” I always wonder where such people get the notion that they speak for more than one. Maybe you could post the authority that delegates you the right to speak for all on this site.

That is a good and clearly stated point. I would also repeat my earlier comment.(below) I must do some research and see if I can find someone who might have seen the actual newspaper rather than just the microfiche.
Actually, is anyone able to say if the real original newspaper has ever been sighted that supposedly contained those advertisements? (as opposed to the microfilm)
Imagine if a copy of the papers turned up and the ads were not in it. That would finish Obama.
You know, I used to believe that BOR refused to consider all the facts re this issue because he is so hard headed. His comments last night demonstrated a profound stupidity about the matter.
Trump is the perfect example of a reasonable, open-minded person on the subject. He was very skeptical in the beginning, but the more he listened to what people were saying and the more facts he became aware of, he realized that there is something going on with the Muslim’s BC.
BOR, on the other hand, is the perfect example of a closed-minded, elitist toadie of the dominant media culture. He only looked at one small facet of the issue (thus saying he had “investigated” it) twisted the circumstances to fit his preconceived notions, and called the matter closed.
Now he’s in a fix, because his attitude is that you have to be a dumb @ss to believe there is something to Zero’s BC, but as more people like Trump begin to reconsider and question it, BOR is faced with the revolting (to him) possibility that he just might be wrong.
And THAT my friends is the nut of the matter. It will be easier to move the mountain to the Obamassiah than getting BOR to admit he is wrong. It is no longer about Zero’s BC, in BOR’s little mind it is about him admitting he’s wrong.
