On a side note, if Castle in DE repudiated his House vote for C&T and had promised he would oppose any effort to bring it up in the Senate, he would have easily won the seat and would have been seated in the lame duck.
Alas, he was a true believer in the hoax ... as I am afraid that a President McCain would have been.

The fundamental emotion of this movement is a pathologic fear of industrial civilization and of science and technology, and the hatred of man and his achievements. The basic premise is the anti-man idea that nature possesses intrinsic value in and of itself apart from all contribution to human life and well being.
I remember in about 1990 when Gorbachev was noted as part of the GREEN party.....anyone else remember...and suspect?

The way to WIN IT is by de-funding the federal government.. take away "the MONEY" and it is un-fueled.. ham-stringed.. de-balled.. The Civil War then becomes chicken scratchings.. just clucking.. It is a WAR of entitlements..
The Entitlement WAR.. no money.... no entitlement.. no re-apportionment.. no re-distribution.. no affirmative action..
I know that it is popular for many conservatives to talk about the greens being the new reds, but this is simply untrue. Communism was based on humanism, not environmentalism. Nazism is the far better comparison precisely because they actually incorporated a serious green agenda into the Third Reich in the early to mid 1930’s. Nazism is based on Nature. Even their racism was rooted in Nature and ecology (see especially www.rmarkmusser.com for a synopsis of what this is all about). On the other hand, Communism is based on humanism and economics. In other words, when reds become green, they are actually moving toward fascism away from Marxism, something which many Germans did in the early 20th century.
That sounds reasonable. I didn’t make up “watermelon”.
Duh. The greens have been called “watermelons” for quite some time now. Is World Nut Daily just catching on to what was meant?
Yes I understand. I have been hearing about watermelons for several years now. I think the first time I read it was from Chris Horner, or perhaps Steve Milloy.
