And this thread has got me thinking about another one....

Holder strongarms Dayton Police Department into lowering passing scores on Police Exam

...and I'm wondering if the above isn't about the unions wanting people who won't put up a fight against union management.

I watched the video of that report early this morning.

Not enough minorities passed the entrance exams, so the Feds said lower the passing scores.

Now, one you pass with an F and the other you pass with a D.

Even a spokesman for the NAACP said this was stupid.
