The DC Chapter is piggy-backing on other groups there. We are not planning anything ourselves.
The Muslims start their thing at noon, at Lafayette Park. I have heard that some patriots are getting there around 10.
I have not heard of any particular meeting area for the patriots, but I am sure you can distinguish between us and the Muslims.
I personally will not be getting there till a little after the noon hour.

Kennedy stated that the well-meaning (but naive) Bush stated immediately after 9/11 that "Islam is a vibrant faith. We honor its traditions. Our enemy doesn't follow the great traditions of Islam. They've highjacked a great religion."
Mr. Bush was trying to understand Islam as we would like it to be rather than countless devout Muslims understand it.
Sura 9, verse 5, reads: "Fight and slay the unbelievers whereever ye find them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war. But if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practice regular charity, then open the way for them.."
Sura 3, verse 28, introduces the doctrine of taqiyya, which holds that Muslims should not be friends with the infidel except as deceptio, alwys with the end goal of converting subduing or destroying him.
President Hussein Obama in his Cairo speech stated that the number of muslims in the USA is seven million. If only five percent believe their mission on earth is to kill us that would mean at a mere 5% we'd have 350,000 who would gladly serve as suicide bombers.
Kennedy goes on to say that the current administration holed up in the White Hut are demasculating the USA in terms of strategic weapons. We are, at present, woefully underprotected against a strike by many nations, but especially by China (who wishes to dare us to trade Taiwan for Los Angeles) and Russia. Both nations hate us and are contemptuous of us and believe we are ripe with the garbage we have running things to knock us out once and for all.

I think there is a better than even chance that I will be able to go. I am thinking of wearing a sheet over my head burka style with signs fastened to it saying NO TO SHARIA, NOT MY STYLE, BAD FOR VITAMIN D, and any other suitable phrase I, you, or my friends can suggest.

And yet in Austria, a woman has been arrested and fined for saying negative things about Islam (a recent FR post). I hope the PRIME MINISTER will use his brass ones to change this stupid law, or will he be arrested and fined first?
The picture of America colored as as the flag covered in black with white symbols made me sick to my stomach.
