These democrats don't care about the constitution, they don't care about the rule of law. All they care about is power and control. Every one of them needs to be removed from office.

I said that if the administration failed to follow the law, then it was lawless. Then We the People need to make a citizen's arrest. This is criminal behavior and the administration is no more above the law than any of us peasants.

there is a long-standing presumption that officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court.Good ruling by Vinson but, man, he's about as naive as they come if he truly believed this.

This is a ‘Chicago style’ thuggish criminal regime residing in the People's House, and then need their eviction notice ASAP.
Is this not grounds for IMPEACHMENT?

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid claimed that 80 percent of Americans want the bill left alone, but a poll released Monday by Rasmussen tells a different story. It is obvious that Reid has a different definition of what "an American" is than the rest of us.

That was then, this is now.
That was when the ruling political party had some principles. Not many, but some. now the Democrat Party has none and the Republican Party has only a few.
The straw that breaks the camel's back is now that there are more individuals that vote who would rather as slaves than free people. And the Democrat Party knows that they own these.

Good ruling by Vinson but, man, he's about as naive as they come if he truly believed this. Ya know Judge Vinson may just be giving 0bo and gang just enough rope to hang themselves. Just maybe it was his intent to allow them to dig themselves even deeper.
Had he issued an injunction, perhaps there could have been a stronger [well, a less weak] argument against the ruling?
I think my money's on Vinson soon being asked to rule 0bo in contempt.

Two said it was constitutional, two said it was not, and Vinson in Florida, Judge Vinson, Monday had a chance to not only decide whether it was constitutional but to issue an injunction, said Durbin. This looks like the standard talking point. "It's 2-2" they say. But the two suits brought by Attorneys General (Virginia and the combined suit in FL) were ruled constitutional. I believe the other two were dismissed because of standing; correct me if I'm wrong.

Justice Sotomayor told students during a speech at the University of Chicago Law School this past week that she was "not sure" whether determining the original intent of the Constitution was the most important consideration in deciding a case.
What recourse does that leave us, we the people, to ensure our Constitutional rights if the judicial has now been rendered impotent and irrelevant?

That’s been my understanding, too: the two that “ruled Obamacare Constitutional” were not rulings but dismissals for standing and duplication.

The constitution is being violated and as Mark Levin said any government employee or official who takes a salary, appropriates funds, expends funds or does anything to proceed with an unconstitutional law is committing a felony. Thus, Obama is committing a felony which is an impeachable offense.

And where is the House GOP? It needs to cut off all funding to the Executive Branch until it abides by the law.

I think my money's on Vinson soon being asked to rule 0bo in contempt. It will be just another contempt order that Obama blithely ignores. Just look at the Gulf drilling ban. Judge just ruled the administration in contempt and...nothing happened. It's not like the Justice Department is going to step in and enforce these rulings.

No! No! No! Obama has it all wrong about the three branches of government according to Senator Chuck Shumer. Get the straight poop here:

Can you imagine what the Lame Stream Media would do if this were said by any Republican? They have yet to forgive Dan Quale because he misspelled potato, but have virtually remained silent about this major gaffe by Shumer.

Still, if this is all the muscle we’ve seen come out of this to date, it seems like the efforts themselves are very timid. Why the lack of anger and determination to throw this whole administration under the dumpster?
