They're all in for a big surprise:

Ezekiel 38

18 This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign LORD. 19 In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. 20 The fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. 21 I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22 I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. 23 And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the LORD.’

I’ll attempt to respond to your many points- you’ve obviously thought about it all a fair amount.

First, I don’t consider oil spills, earthquakes, tornadoes, blizzards, etc. to be curses or judgements. There has been sufficient calamity throughout history when there was no Israel to support for me to tie the two.

But now there is an Israel, in part because of the Jews themselves desiring to reestablish, and partly because of political and military assistance by G. Britain, the US and others. One might argue that God put the nation back together (such as it is), but if one assumes that, then there was certainly considerable human effort in concert.

This is not a new concept for Christendom- ergo the Crusades.

I am purposely avoiding prophecy, but I must mention at this point that while many nations are fairly identifiable in end times prophecy; the USA is not. There are various schools of thought as to why. I’d like to think, but in no ways am certain that there is an opportunity for the US to play an important role to the end- certainly it has already in many ways, not the least of which is the Great Commission.

None of this is expected to make sense to the secular world. There is no political reason to support Israel; only the historical and religious one. I’ll leave you with a quote from Winston Churchill, one of the great futurists and leaders of our time.

”The coming into being of a Jewish State in Palestine is an event in world history to be viewed in the perspective not of a generation or a century, but in the perspective of a thousand, two thousand or even three thousand years.”

Nice off-topic rant.

Is it really? Bad doctrine often translates into worse politics. You Futurists can't even follow your own talking points. So why is Futurist kookery exempt from inspection?

I think you're late for your Aryan Nations meeting.

There was a time when the only race hustling fools were the Jesse Jacksons and Al Sharptons of this world, where if you didn't disagree with them 100% you somehow earned the title "Racist".

Now we can sadly include you and your lunatic fringe Futurists into that same category. Instead of acknowledging or at least defending your cognitive dissonance, its so much easier to lash out and call someone you don't know a racist.

Get off my thread.

Next time, simply label your thread "Lunatic Caucus", that way you will be safe among your fellow traveling brethren.

You would think that anyone with an IQ higher than room temperature (in Celsius) would have figured out long ago that no one will ever be "muslim enough" to avoid murderous attacks from other muslims.

Granted, the Russians, who have never been friends of Israel are still cleaning up the last mess the Mulsims left for them, and much of the rest of the world has to deal with their jihad, it would be nice to not have that "Great Satan" sign hanging on our backs.

Since we are heading quickly to have a government and economy closely resembling Mexico's, is there any way that we can be as far from center from the Islamic radar as they are too?

We're talking about politics on this thread, you brain-damaged neo-Nazi. Eff off back to Rome or Munich or wherever someone cares whether you live or die, because it ain't around here.

We put a mulsim communist in the white hut. Those circles are intertwined. What the European and US communists (progressives, liberals, socialists - whatever they call themselves at the moment) know, CAIR and other Muslim “human rights” goups know, the Muslim Brotherhood knows. The state department is teeming with traitors.

Prior to this administration, I doubt they have much defense intellegence to gain from Egypt. Egypt was an ally...but not a partner.

When they take over Britian, then that will be bad intellegence wise.

the Russians and the Chinese-— what did Jesus say? Where the corpse is, there’s the vultures. They’re just waiting for it to all play out.

Huh. And here the Church since the first century thought that the corpse was Judah and the eagles/vultures were the Roman armies.

I guess today the Bible says anything you want it to say.

Ezekiel 29:10
Therefore I am against you and against your streams, and I will make the land of Egypt a ruin and a desolate waste from Migdol to Aswan, as far as the border of Cush.

Which may explain why the economy of Egypt is the most developed and diversified in the Middle East, boasting nearly eighty million people in population, and being the cross-roads culturally and economically of the Middle East. Their economy is so ruined and desolate that their GDP in Africa is second only to South Africa ranking three notches above Israel at #40.

I also appreciate your Cut & Paste theology that conveniently leaves out that this was fulfilled literally thousands of years ago. The claim was made against Pharaoh, and was to last for forty years, whereupon the people and land would return but never to the point of its earlier prominence. And Egypt has never gained its power status, always stumbling along like the other nations.

Considering that you Futurists place ALL biblical prophecy in the future, are you folks still waiting for the Christ-child to be born?

CERTAINLY THE BIBLICALLY PREDICTED PUZZLE PIECES ARE MOVING INTO PLACE MORE AND MORE FULLY AND MORE AND MORE RAPIDLY.

Well there is a quick way to prove your theory that this all has been prophesized... what is the next shoe to fall? Afterall, you folks claim that the future is predicted right there and you are saying that the puzzle pieces are rapidly moving into place... so what is the next thing?

Or is all your prophecy reactive, in that after something happens you twist Scripture and make strange analogies in a feeble attempt to justify your relevance?
