There are as I understand it other states now crafting eligibility statutes for the 2012 elections. It would be really ironic if Arizona in the end had the last laugh if Obama loses reelection because he did not want to show his long form birth certificate and that caused millions of voters not trust him anymore.

First of all, the name on the birth certificate would not have been Soetoro. It would have been Duncan, his mother’s maiden name.
Second, the requirement that candidates for election show full birth certificate didn’t pass in AZ. It was stopped by a Republican state congressman from near Tuscon, I think. Anyway, it never became law.
