Rush really should consider pressing charges against this douchebag. If just one of these a$$holes gets prosecuted for making terroristic threats (ala the Fuller guy in Tucson), they might just think twice about it.

The Kathy Bates character on “Harry’s Law” the other night called Rush a “drug addict”. He isn’t now, it was prescription drugs, and I suppose he could sue them for saying it - but I’d imagine that he wouldn’t want to give them the publicity by even noticing it. The publicity is probably what they want in order to get people to watch it.
