There is barely a new story that doesn't begin with "born in Hawaii." Funny, no other politician's supposed birth place is crammed down the voters' throats as much as Hussien's. Why is that, hmmm? That old saying about telling a lie so many times that it finally becomes the truth comes to mind.

Me too but Obama knows exactly what is on that BC. So if he is not eligible to be President he knew it all along and I believe its a felony to lie or commit fraud to run for President.

It is **SIMPLE** to prove one’s natural born citizenship. American “serfs” ( those “little” people) do it all the time for many reasons.
Fundamentally...It is very SIMPLE!! Obama has gone to considerable effort and expense ( some of that is tax dollars) to prevent proving that he is a natural born citizen.
A **real** American president would be HONORED to prove with the best evidence that he was a natural born citizen and does not, and never had allegiance to another nation. He would be especially **HONORED** to do that for the military.
How can Obama’s stonewalling on his eligibilty be good for military morale?
Just yesterday I read a Free Republic headline that, on average, an American soldier is **KILLED** in Afghanistan every 18 hours. I'd say that those men and women and their families deserve to **KNOW** that the man sending these soldiers to their deaths is indeed a legitimate president and not a usurper!

In any case your original Lingle quote was from 2008 and Fukimo, MD, did not release his statement until 2009. So she was not referring to that.
And even the 2009 Fukino's statement is less terse, but it's slightly greater verbosity is inscrutable and ambiguous. He says he has seen , "original vital records maintained on file" by Hawaii DOH. What are those? We do not know. They could be merely a statement noting a birth by a family member or related party, or something else -- who knows? He doesn't say notice from a hospital, nor even the word "certificate". What are the kinds of things that Hawaii DOH has file as "original viral records"? Do you know? I do not. Maybe Butterdezillion does!
But Fukino, MD, then makes a professional miscue, perhaps even a breach of professional ethics. What is that? Well, I know that I can't give people medical advice posing as a professional. But how can MD Fukino then give LEGAL advice when he asserts that Obama is a "natural-born citizen"? In context that's a unique term of art in Constitutional Law. On what professional basis has Md Fukino made such a bold statement of legal fact determination? On what authority?
If the original vital record is the mere word of a grandparent MD Fukino might have been able to justify -- to himself and cronies -- that by that alone he could make his assertion. In any case, as I understand Hawaiian records law, his statement created an opportunity to request an explanation of the basis for his bold claim of "natural-born citizen" status. What do you know of that?

The fact is that in Aug. 1961 the papers printed different lists, because they did not get them from the state DOH or whatever. Not all births were announced in the papers. Someone has done a lot of legwork on this - more than one person - and I’ll try to find the link, I posted it the other day and others have too.

If Obama is losing big time, then he will be defeated at the polls in 2012 for the choices that he has made and that’s exactly as it should be.
I have probably posted 100 different times what I think should have happened and still could happen to resolve this issue: a grand jury investigation in any jurisdiction where the name Barack Hussein Obama was on the ballot.
It’s really quite that simple, in my humble opinion. If a grand jury finds evidence of a crime: fraud, perjury, falsifying documents, election fraud, or forgery, then indictments can be handed down and Obama can either resign or be impeached and convicted. EVERY major political scandal in modern history was resolved via a grand jury.
Any documents that Obama has spent millions to hide can be forced into the open via a subpoena.
They were too busy putting together a dossier on Joe the plumber Wurzelbacher and staking out Palin's neighbors.
First of all, it has not been documented that she moved to Seattle two weeks later. Yes, she registered for U of W extension courses for the Fall quarter of 1961, but courses don't start until the end of September. Hence there is no reason to expect she arrived in Seattle until September.
That leaves plenty of time for her to show up at a social event in Hawaii with her new baby.
Heck, even if she did leave two weeks after the birth, that still leaves enough time for her to show up at a social event in Hawaii with the new baby.
Well....We now have a Republican majority in the House of Representatives, and Republicans ( state and federal) are on record that they will make an issue of Obama’s eligibility.
We will see.
Yes, in some parts of the country, especially Texas, it could also refer to illegals. Wish it was really inside liberal Austin proper, like about I35 and Dean Keeton (Univ of Texas).
