There is no question that saddam had biological and chemical weapons. We know this to be fast because we gave them to saddam when they were fighting iran.

I think it had to do with getting France, Germany and others on board for the invasion. Also along with Russia to keep their name out of it.Can you imagine what would have come to pass if the WMD’s had made in France, Germany or Russia inscribed on them, especialy after GWB said you are either with us or against us? Thats why we waited long enough for them to be transported out of the country before we went in.
