I like all of the Palin girls. They have got what it takes.
Regardless how much the Palinistas want to believe it, Bristol Palin did not pack “the Pampers into her 1997 F-150, and drive non-stop from Alaska to L.A.” - it’s 2400 miles. When an author begins a piece with such an obvious lie, I just can’t bring myself to read any further...
“Only contestant with zero experience” that is what DWTS is all about. To watch the contestant improve week to week, she has been the only one to do this.
Really! It’s a cult, baby.
Ive always had a problem with DWTS contestants that have choreography / dancing experience being allowed to compete. This year, whiny brat, vehicular homicide perp Brandi fit that mold Jennifer Grey, too. The latter played the, Patrick *sniff, sniff* Swaze card and no doubt will do it again just watch.
Bristol is REAL, and had NO dancing experience both of those things have to mean something. The judges are obsessed with COMPENSATING for the votes Bristol gets from the people. The most civil of the three is Len, and even hes a horses ass in dealing with Bristol. Carrie Ann whatever-her-last-name-is? She bitches about Bristols straight facial expression, and then lauds Brandi for hers. Idiot.
Its all too obvious network manipulation of something that should not me tampered with and the judges lack of integrity in this situation is sorry indeed. They hung onto reprobate Margaret Cho, SURPRISE, SURPRISE grossly overweight, lesbian, extreme left wing moron as long as they could.
I sincerely hope liberal heads explode! Bristol (and I mean this respectfully) is ONE HOT MOMMA!
She deserved to win it all period.
I think she did. She talked about it in an interview. It took her five days.
I doubt that she stayed awake for five days. Was she alone?
I heard that same thing on some TV show..
Nice ironic twist in that last sentence.
Non-stop? 2400 miles? With a 2 year old? Give me a f’ing break.
Oh... I guess it must be true, then.
Do you guys really think that the producers aren’t keeping her on for ratings? Please. She should not be there at this point...but, just like politics, the best person doesn’t always win...the best candidate does.
An obvious lie? Why? I have driven home from CA to MI in 3 days, that’s about 2200 miles. So, exactly why couldn’t she have driven 2400 miles in 5 days? Not all of us stop at motels, hotels etc. I always used rest stops.
Like I say to Liberals who say Bush lied about WMD’s in Iraq, if he knew they weren't there, we would have found them the very first day of the war. Funny how some of them don't get it.
Do you understand the concept of “non-stop”? And we’re not talking about toodling along on the interstate through Iowa - have you driven in Alaska or British Columbia?
No need to get so upset. I’m just repeating what I heard said in the interview. I didn’t call her to interrogate her further.
She just said that she got in her truck and drove down there. She said it took her 5 days. She didn’t say if she was alone, stopped to stay at a hotel or whatever.
She was interviewed by someone who asked about her son and at that time he was with her. I dont’ know if he drove down with her or not. I can’t imagine driving by myself with a toddler that distance. I thought I had heard at one time an aunt came down with her to help her out with the baby so maybe she drove with her.
That’s all I know. If you think she would lie about it that’s your perogative.
What’s interesting is that many people who like DWTS also really like American Idol.
They don’t have a problem with voters helping decide who wins Idol, but they somehow have a problem with voters helping decide who wins DWTS? A tad inconsistent I think.
Driving for 5 days does not imply or mean she was awake for 5 days. She drove five days, took breaks and stayed overnight at places, I am sure. I assume that because that is what I would do on a 2400 mile trip.
