Well, I'm right on track with my Thanksgiving theme...Giving THANKS for a FREE Thanksgiving dinner via coupons. So how have I done so far? Yesterday I picked up 6 FREE bottles of Heinz turkey gravy. Also 4 FREE boxes of FREE Stove Top stuffing. This morning I pulled off the main feat...scoring a FREE 23 pound Turkey. Then a little later getting a whole bunch of FREE seasoning including my faves such as Adobo and garlic powder. The only major task that remains is scoring FREE beer but I already did that a couple of weeks ago so I know how to repeat the process. I still have lots of FREE wine so will serve that. The FREE butter and pumpkin pies should be a piece of cake...or rather pie.

Anyway THANKS to the stores GIVING me FREE stuff due to creative couponing. Anybody can do this if you just "Grok" on the subject for a bit (and do lots of online research).

Most Americans are not aware that the Obama administration orchestrated a tax cut for 95% of Americans.

Is Wee Willie Pitt referring to the change in withholding? That, dear friends, is not a tax cut... as the DUmmies will discover when the file their taxes this year and realize that they have to GIVE IT BACK because the tax tables DID NOT CHANGE.

PJ and all, I've been audio-reading the Aubrey-Maturin series of books, British seafaring adventures set in the early 1800s. In the first book, "Master and Commander," Captain Jack Aubrey recalls his days as a youth on board a ship. In passing, he mentions:

"we had a schoolmaster aboard, a drunken sot named Pitt. . . ."

I laughed when I heard that line.
