I don’t see where the Federal Government has a say in what a state wishes to adopt into a state constitution.

The Congress has a say - they can ask a state to leave the Union.
Short of that, no federal judge has any such jurisdiction to nullify or stay an Amendment to a State Constitution.

Where Sharia violates the constitution, it is unconstitutional. So maybe we need a constitutional ammendment to say that the constitution is the basic law of the land.

Truer words were never spoken and they're still here each and every day, little by little, working up to insisting that we need a third party again. In some cases, no one will ever be pure enough for them to vote for even though they themselves are far from pure. In other cases they can't stand to be seen as having voted democrat but can't stand to not vote democrat so they go for plausable deniablility.
Either way, we're a long way from having such a surplus of people who realize how serious this war is that we can afford to fracture or allow fifth columnists to join.
