Stop treating the EPA like its a godly unity able to dictate all things to all people. The EPA is a lawless on constitution usurpation of our rights and it and its agents should be treated as the Constitution violates they are.

If they want to push free people around in Texas or any other self-respecting free states let us make reservations for their agents in one of our many “motels” for such men, more commonly known as prisons.

All of which reminds me: Some 30 years ago, give or take, I was listening to radio station KIKK in Houston Texas when an apparent blowout occurred in their small studio. It wasn't pretty. The on air personalities consisted of two men and a woman, whose names escape me now.

The offender IIRC was the legendary Bill Bailey.

the legendary Bill Bailey.

Bill Bailey, a Houston tradition, as was KILT's multi- DJ "Hudson & Harrigan". Miss them, an end to a era

I stopped turning on the radio. No explanation for it, just happened. Too many commercials maybe...

We changed in the early 80's to a Christian station KSBJ, then on to conservative talk radio all day. . . every day.

Unfortunately the Supreme Court granted the EPA essentially unlimited regulatory power over any economic activity that produces carbon.

Heck, SCOTUS ordered the EPA to regulate carbon because W refused to do so (5-4 vote).

You REMEMBER that??? WOW!!! And yeah, there was probably only a single culprit responsible for the discharge but who knows for sure. The name is certainly familiar from the old days. Any chance you remember the name of the lady DJ? Blonde with a BIG smile as I recall. The three of them seemed to get along famously. Even after the "event".

Come to think of it I did something similar. I listened to a couple of shows on a Christian/Talk station out of Lufkin for a time but only while driving. NEVER turn on a radio at home and only rarely when on the road any more. Too much noise or something...
