Morning all. In Florida we have something called Palmetto Bugs. When I lived in Louisiana we just called them Roaches. Nasty things that are very hard to kill and I understand they have been around since time began and are supposed to be able to survive an atomic bomb blast. Maybe be need to change the term RINO to ROACH.

The GOP pooh-bahs ought to remember, lest they suffer the fate of the British general, that the only British subject in the November elections will be Mr Soetoro-Soebarkah, the Usurper-in-chief.

Krout McRove and the rest are full of it. The best way to cut spending and solve all of our problems is one simple easy step. We must put a stop to employer witholding and reporting of taxes. All taxes would have to be collected directly from the people. No employer Social Security Medicare or Income Tax witholding. The Social security tax is 15% The employer only witholds half and pays the other half. If the government had to collect from the people directly the scam would be understandable and apparent to the voters. Within a few years they would elect people with the right attitudes. The employers should also not be allowed to offer health insurance. The result would be instant compettition for insurance and lower rates.

As has Rove, Krauthammer is invoking the "Buckley Rule." It was born in 1967, when William F. Buckley was asked whom he would support, Barry Goldwater or Richard Nixon, in the GOP primary for the 1968 Presidential election. Buckley said he'd vote for the most conservative candidate who was electable. That was Nixon.

What if Goldwater had won the primary and Nixon lost? Would Buckley have switched parties to spite his face?

Very well written and to the point. Krauthammer said he hoped he was wrong. Let’s hope he was.

Rove and Krauthammer are missing the point. The voters are sending a message to DC that THEY are the ones that nominate the candidates NOT THEM. Whether O’Donnell wins or loses is secondary...........

Great article.

I agree with all of it.

Rove and Kraut don’t see what is happening.

There are people from all persuasions who are under this umbrella called the Tea Party.

We’ve already won in Delaware regardless of the outcome. 30 billion dollar boondoggle passed again, because two republicans caved in....

WE have no more leverage over these people now than we did one year ago.

Come November however, you will see a change... maybe not as big as some people think, but it’s a start...

This is not a one time thing....WE are taking back this country and our freedoms...

Obama, was the Fleets Enema we needed.

Absolutely brilliant ideas..People truly do not realize the extent to which the government is robbing them.

They have been very amusing of late. However I find myself getting a little tired with their insulting stupidity, and condescension.

This is the only way to put and end to the insanity. All the rest of this crap is whitewash. When they are forced to collect all taxes directly from individuals they will soon be toast. One simple step to freedom.

Rove: “the consigliere of Establishment Republicans.” I stopped reading right there, because that’s just brilliant. No sarcasm. Now back to the article.

I really think that this is what we need to do. It would instantly put a stop to the shell game they have been playing. I am going to check all the candidates. If they support it I will vote and donate otherwise it is a waste of my time.

Politicians won’t be the only casualties of these elections.
It looks like some of our conservative pundits will fade away as well.

I agree and I would also make tax day the 1st Monday in November instead of April 15.

ROACH: Rinos on a Childish Hissyfit. That’s Murkowski and Crist for sure.
