That’s good, but seriously, you need to lose the Science Diet. Did you read the article? My vet pushed that crap on me for years. I finally got them to admit it was pretty much crap but they still carry it and still push it. Why? Because they get no deals from premium, high quality companies.

We had a mouse last winter my husband caught the cat playing with it three nights in a row. Finally she killed it.
She also plays with little toads.

According to who? You? Dry foods are not bad for cats IF fed along with PREMIUM canned foods or raw. It also depends on if your cat is neutered or not as to what the ratio of dry to canned is. Mix the dry with some canned, add a little filtered water.

Good info there! We did the Dinovite thing because our JRT Cookie STANK so badly after going potty! It helps, but she doesn’t like it.

Nature's Recipe is the brand I bought most recently but there is another equally good brand that I can't remember the name of. The important part at least for my dog seems to be the “no grain” part. They both were salmon, fruits and vegetables with no grain of any kind. this one is salmon, pumpkin and sweet potatoes but with dogs like this there is no promise that she won't become allergic to these ingredients by the next bag. The new food and the new shampoo (KetoChlor by Virbac) that I can use to bathe her every day if I want to, seems to have cooled her off.
