It’s based on the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT) Codes that haven’t been updated substantially since the 1970’s. I was a Veteran’s Career Counselor for the state employment service, funded by the Dept. of Labor from 1985-2000, so I’m very familiar with this stuff. Very limited relationship to the year 2010, to put it mildly, though it might help a high school or college kid or someone with limited experience. If that’s the best she can do, we’re in deeper kimchi than I thought.
