My brother has been homosexual since he was 17. He's now 59. I have bar hopped gay bars with him and gotten to know his friends. They became my friends. I know what they say, do and think. I have heard it. For more than 40 years. Talking points do not beat first hand info and never will.
She did.
Ann Coulter to headline Homocon party for gay conservatives next month in New York City
Of course Ill do it, Coulter wrote to GOProud when they asked her to join the event. Im the right-wing Judy Garland!
So who were you before you were zotted?
LOL! Yeah. And anti-gaycon FReepers would never engage in ad hominem or offensive remarks. (Have you read the thread?)
BTW, like the Tony Snow tribute on your homepage. I was thinking of him just yesterday. I do so almost every Sunday when I tune in FNS.
-Well I tried finding a post where you mentioned her. Didn't find one.
That's because I didn't SAY "I'm defending Ann" I said I'm defending conservatives. See? You don't actually read what I post. This is why you don't understand anything I say.
And let's be honest, you don't WANT to understand what I say. You want to be the victim. In this, you are no different from all the other identity-politics types, like gays and Muslims. The only difference is that Christianity is culturally more aligned with true conservatism... sometimes. Not always, which is why you see so many liberal churches.
We're fed up with being called bigots for opposing the homosexual agenda. Homosexuals are not being oppressed. They have the same rights as everyone else. They want to mainstream deviant behavior and use the force of government to do so. Enough is enough.
I never called anyone crap. I just said your religion is more important to you than this country. And it is.
Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Look at all the liberal Christians who think that Jesus wants us to feed the poor, take care of illegal immigrants, oppose even a just war, and turn the other cheek to the Muslim world. And think that a big government is the best way to do it. With your tax money.
Yup. Like Ann. Whom you never mentioned. You simply used the thread to launch attacks on Christians.
You don't actually read what I post
Oh I read it. You've used this thread to attack Christians. Yeah. I read it.
And let's be honest, you don't WANT to understand what I say.
Au contraire I understand perfectly what you say. And you talk out both sides of your mouth.
You want to be the victim.
Nope. that's part of the homosexual agenda. It's listed out quite clearly. Move the debate from moral to a civil rights debate and play the victim. Their problem is that there are no civil rights based on behavior.
In this, you are no different from all the other identity-politics types, like gays and Muslims.
I am neither advocating lopping off someones head nor am I looking for civil rights for a behavior.
Just can't stop bashing Christians, can you.
I think they are. I teach middle school and I have already encountered two little boys, 11 years old when I met them, and already just instinctively effeminate. Later both let me know, either directly or through friends, that they were "gay." They had all the stereotypical features: delicate manners, a fascination with artsy crafts, an absolute LOVE of parties. These little boys would bake cakes themselves, decorate them, and bring them in for other kids birthdays, and run around with pretty colored napkins and fuss about arrangements. It was like seeing Martha Stewart in a little boy's body. Bizarre. They developed crushes on other boys (straight boys who usually took it badly, being macho hispanics). I was actually pretty freaked out because I'd never really seen it up close and personal.
Now you may say "oh, they were molested as kids, that's why." But a) what if they weren't, and b) how does being molested make you want to bake cakes and throw parties??
Then there's the dykie little girls I meet... it's pretty weird, but it seems to be just a part of who they are from a very young age.
You also have not read my posts. I don't want gay marriage at all. I just want to include gays in conservatism. I want their votes for drilling ANWR, stopping illegal immigration, cutting government spending, and lowering taxes. And I want to do that without giving them a damn thing in return except what we all get: a stronger, safer country. Some of them can be reasoned with. But it won't be Christians like the ones on here reasoning with them, it'll be atheists like me, because for you guys, Christianity is more important, and for me, America is more important.
I keep hoping if I state it very, very simply... you'll see what I'm actually saying.
If Ann Coulter said that, she knows nothing of Hollywood culture.
Problem I guess when you are from the East.
Your arrogance apparently knows no bounds.
Glad you ignored what I actually said. Proves I’m right.
How do you know if they were molested? What a ridiculous assertion to make.
No, it proves that imho, you are a liberal, pro-homosexual agenda poster.
Ted Olsen was on FNS (Chris Wallas) a number of weeks ago and promoted all the liberal arguments for why the US constitution demands that the local governments issue same-sex couples marriage licenses. He cited a previous federal decision that marriage was a basic human right in the constitution as the proof that homosexual marriage is too. He cited the 14th amendment as being passed to give gays this right. It was pathetic. It was an Obama view of the living constitution.
I got one question for these 'conservative' HOMOs: How is it conservative to use liberal judges to insert these NEW RIGHTS into the US constitution?
This is NOT about a HOMO'S freedom to 'do' something. This is about their demands on government for special benefits and using liberal judges to make up new rights for them.
See? You don’t read my posts. Find where I said I was for gay marriage. Find it, child. Find it.
The ARTICLE posted is not about her. It is about Farah debating Barron.
The fact is, there are thousands of LIBERAL Christians. Look at the majority of African-American churches. Christianity does not equal conservatism. That's my point, and my only point.
Lie much?
And you don't get that with either uber-religious types or sexual-identity politics types.
The fact remains that for them, their Christianity comes before the Constitution.
Because your religion is affecting your judgment and your priorities.
You and all your fellow Christians who are more interested in making a stand for the Old Testament than in weaning gays off of socialism do this country no good. And no, the Founding Fathers weren't fundamentalist Christians who spent more time worrying about sodomy than anything else.
There are more homosexuals than just Hollywood. They LIKE Judy Garland.
