This means the NRSC already stole it...

Cornyn is an idiot. If the NRSC cannot find its way to support a conservative over a liberal (check the GOP platform, it’s supposed to be a small government, strong defense, pro-life & liberty party) then it is useless!! RINOs begone!!
Rebellion is brewing!!

Exactly my thoughts when I first read that statement — the fix is in.

If the NRSC plans on staying neutral, why did they send a lawyer on Murkowski’s behalf?

It’s a bit too late for the NRSC to be neutral now. The damage was done. The national party has no business being involved in a primary.

The NRSC is NOT the national party. It is a committee of the sitting senate republicans. Either way they should butt out.
Since hundreds of us have been calling and complaining for them to back down I would say this is a victory for Miller,
and no small thing.
Miller’s going to come out of this with a win, you’ll see.

Like I said the should butt out anyway. Maybe you’re not a republican and so are unfamiliar with the structure of the party?
RNC = National Party
NRSC = A committee of all sitting republican senators that seeks to keep their jobs and elect more republican senators.
NRCC = Same as above but house instead of senate.
That said who cares? I was just trying to be informative.
The main point is they took the message and backed out, good.

If true, then we can all say “it’s about time”. Maybe our friend Jim Demint, and his successful work lately has something to do with the NRSC new position.
