Impeachment proceedings against Barack Hussein Obama would be inappropriate and counter-productive, insofar as he is not lawfully eligible to serve as the presiding officer in the Office of the President of the United States as demanded by the U.S. Constitution.
Once the U.S. Congress determines Barack Hussein Obama is in unlawful occupation of the Office of the President, the U.S. Congress may appoint another person to serve as a temporary President until such time as the U.S. Congress can provide for the election of a person who is eligible to serve in the Office of the President. After the U.S. Congress appoints a Pro Temp President, it may direct the Pro Tem President to arrest Barack Hussein Obama and bring him to trial in the U.S. Senate for High Crimes and Misdemeanors and/or the Federal Courts for violations of the Criminal Code.
Impeachment proceedings against Barack Hussein Obama are counter-productive because they would imply the defendent was and is a lawful occupant of the Office of the President when he signed the legislation of the U.S. Congress into law. If it is subsequently demonstrated Barack Hussein Obama, the Obama Administration, and certain members of the U.S. Congress were an unlawful government not in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and its delegation of the sovere4ign authority of U.S. Citizens, the subsequent U.S. Congress may find all legislative acts and executive orders enacted into law by the unconstitutional government to be null and void in much the same manner as the U.S. Supreme Court decided in regard to the state governments and their acts while they were members of the Confederate States of America in rebellion against the U.S. Government.
In other words, if you want to impeach someone, start with the local, state, and Federal legislative, executive, and judicial officers who are in violation of the U.S. Constitution, state constitutions, and their oaths of office. Impeach and remove any officer of any political party who fails to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution and the lawful Citizens of the Unted States as they were sworn to do.
