That Stanley Ann married Senior is probable. It is not a fact.
Fact 5. The Kenyan Minister James Orengo said Obama was born in Kenya.
Fact 6. Granny Sarah said Obama was born in Kenya.
Fact 7. Obama Sr. was his father who passed British and then Kenyan citizenship to Obama Jr.
Fact 8. Many newspapers said Obama was Kenyan born.
Fact 9. Michelle Obama said Kenya is her husband's home country.
Fact 10. On November 5th, 2008, many Kenyan Parliament members and ministers celebrated Obama presidency win where they proclaimed Obama was from Kenya and was for "This soil" [Kenya], which means native born. The many Kenyan parliament statements crystallizes that Obama was born in Kenya since the Kenyan Minister James Orengo said unequivocally and unambiguously that Barack Obama was born Kenya.
Fact 11. Obama has not proven that he was born in Hawaii in any court of law.
Fact 12. None of the 60 or so federal court opinions in all of the Obama eligibility cases have stated Obama is a natural born citizen.
Fact 13. A former Hawaiian government senior election clerk said that his office called the Hawaiian hospitals where they stated that they had no record of Obama being born in their respective hospitals.
Fact 14. Obama has never shown his long form birth certificate to the public.
Fact 15. Obama has sent legions of his lawyers to squash all attempts to get his school or government records that would have been released to the public

It’s bizarre that no prosecuting attorney has sought a subpoena in conjunction with a Grand Jury investigation of Obama’s eligiblity.
In Arizona, Obama signed a document in order to get on the ballot stating that he was a natural born citizen. A prosecutor could use that document (or a similar one signed in other states) to investigate election fraud. But no one has been willing to show the guts in order to get the glory.
Both the Nixon resignation and the Clinton impeachment grew out of Grand Jury investigations.

That idea can be easily confuted by simply looking at pictures of both Stanley Ann and her father. Obama bears a striking resemblance to them.

One fact or factor not listed was the (subjective) mores of the time. It was 1961, when an 18 year old girl getting pregnant out of wedlock was considered a disgrace. For a white girl to be carrying a black baby .. well, that was quite something else again. Typically, pregnant single women in those days went to a ‘home for unwed mothers,’ disappearing from sight.
The Dunhams, despite their leftist or even Communist beliefs, were an otherwise middle class family with middle class jobs (she was in banking; he was in furniture sales as I recall). They lived in Honolulu, not Greenwich Village or any other of the few ‘bohemian’ havens of the time. They had friends, neighbors, co-workers. What would THEY think? It is not inconceivable that Mrs. Dunham feared losing her jo. That’s how seriously these matters were taken. Back then people really did care what the neighbors thought. And a nice middle class family would not want the neighbors thinking badly of their one and only daughter.
What would be easier than to cook up a story about their daughter’s untimely pregnancy? Again, we have to think 1961. There was no internet, no google. A telephone call to anyplace outside the US was rare. Further, given the times, their daughter was pregnant with a black child. An obscure student from Africa could have any kind of background. No one would know or be able to verify if he had a wife back in Kenya. No one would look for a marriage certificate as long as a couple (or one of them, or one of the parents) said they were married. People were not so suspicious in those days.
Anyone could call the newspaper to publish a birth announcement. It was really rather amazing what people could ‘get away with’ in 1961. They could go to the hospital, have the baby, and tell them that the father was absolutely anyone whose name they wanted listed on the birth certificate. They could claim he was away studying, or he was back in Africa over the summer .. just anything.
One of my best friends became pregnant later in the 60s at the same age as Ann Dunham was in ‘61. She’d been away from home at college; dad was a newly minted doctor. They did not marry. So, she went home, and as far as anyone in the hometown knew, she married and quickly divorced the baby’s dear old dad. There’s even a birth certificate with the dad’s name on it to prove it!
The Dunhams could have made up any story they wanted back then, and none would be the wiser. Who knew the kid would grow up to be POTUS?
Fact # 3 is still in question.
In summary Obama simply “Failed to Qualify”.
But the mad for glory democratic party was overly eager to overlook the fundamental laws pertaining to the strict conditions on WHO can be President and waived them off, skipped over the process and basically pushed Obama ahead solely because he did manage to fool and brainwash a sizable majority of weak minded people.

This has already started a process to recovery but its solely directed at what our weakness is and its how we fell for a false leader, its now also very very apparent that its time to correct that mistake.
Now we know how the process works and now we are better equipped to spot it when its being initiated. As the song goes, “We won’t be fooled again” it should be remembered well and played often, might be the best music for Sarah Palin and her position of cleaning up the Obama Roman frat party.
True, but it is unclear whether that first marriage had the force of law. It may have been just a tribal ceremony not recognized by the authorities.
•Fact 2: In the United States, being married to two women at the same time is illegal. It is the crime of bigamy.
But only if the first marriage was legally binding, which we do not know to be the case.
On the other hand, if Obama Sr.'s first marrage was in fact legally binding, then little Barry would have been a US citizen at birth even if born in Kenya. In that case his mother's marriage to his father would be invalid, making her a single mother and allowing her to pass on her citizenship to him if he were born abroad.

That "someone" was the Hawaii Department of Health, as the top of the page clearly indicates.

That they were divorced is a matter of public record..

By all accounts, SAD's parents did not approve of the marriage. That's why they weren't invited to the ceremony and why the young couple found it necessary to elope to Maui.

Of course. Why would they bother getting divorced if they were never married?
If not, the placement of the birth announcement of “their son” in the Honolulu Advertiser was fraudulent—unless, of course, the “Mr. and Mrs. Barack Obama (Sr)” was referring to Mr. Obama and his first wife, in which case, Barack Obama Jr. is not really Stanley Ann Dunham’s child.

You have presented no evidence to suggest there was any fraud involved in the reporting of his birth. All you have presented is evidence that Obama Sr. may have defrauded Hawaii and SAD and comitted bigamy.
Unfortunately, the question of whether Bambi's father committed bigamy or not is irrelevant to eligbility.
If so, that may explain his reluctance to come forward with details about it and his propensity to hide the truth whenever anyone questions his background.
I have a simpler explanation. He's already come forward with enough documentation to prove he's eligible for the presidency. He doesn't produce any more because the conspiracy theories inspired by his secrecy amuse him and help him politically.

The Soetoro Divorce shows the parties of the marriage having two (2) children, one under the age of eighteen (18) and one over the age of eighteen (18) (Soetoro/Obama) who was a full time student.

In divorces, you do not name a child as the child of the parents, like in the Soetoro Divorce, unless the child is legally the child of the divorcing parents.
In otherwords, if Lolo Soetoro was only a step-parent with no legal ties to Soetoro/Obama, then Soetoro/Obama would have never been named in the Soetoro Divorce.
