Minor looting and rock throwing right now. Cops putting on Gas mask and there was just a call out for cops on scene for a bus to transpost prisoners.

Oakland PD’s strategy appears for now 2b 2 focus on main rioter group, ignore “break off groups”.
Newscasters incredulous at this, a little outraged.
Reporter alleges little drinking going on among crowd, have smelled some marijuana though, they state.
14th & Broadway is main area of concern, they say. Crowd chanting loudly, holding signs.

Dusk just setting in. Cops are out in full force and every business is closed. Even in SF people cut out early to get home.
