Here's a little project for you, to keep you busy until your next insurance appointment. Try to find a post where I suggested that a blogger - any blogger - should leave FR.

You'll find quite a few where I suggested they post full articles instead of excerpting for hits. You'll also find a lot of times I posted the video links so that people could see the referenced material without clicking on the blog.

If you look hard enough, you'll even find me having very cordial discussions with bloggers on FR, the ones that aren't pimps that is.

Truth be known, I'm only interested in informative ~text~ articles, I don't click on the videos.

Why?

Because I got revolted when I learned in a news article about a year ago or so that there are some U-Tubers who are earning tens of thousands of dollars WEEKLY from the ads on their U-Tube videos.

That has made me totally suspicious of ALL online videos.

But I hadn't realized, until reading a dozen so postings by freeper humblegunner that there is a subset of so-called "bloggers" who post a sentence or two, HERE, in an attempt to have you click on the video link from their blog page, to increase the hits to their blog.

And then they have the gall to complain about PRIVATELY owned freerepublic.com doing freepathons.
