I think you have hit pay dirt truth in your comment. This would explain why Obama makes specific promises in official meetings to people like Jindal and Netanyahu and right after the meetings goes and does or fails to do the very things he’s just promised.

He has left the world scratching its collective head. He is a simulacrum - not much more than the audio broadcast robot mechanism for his Ayes/Soros teleprompter. The teleprompter voice is a PR voice. Obama’s actions bear no resemblance to what the teleprompter says.

I too suffer with naive relatives. I’d say it was sweet justice that they are proven wrong, but it makes my predictions true. A Statist with the mentality of a 12 year old is running the country (or not).

I agree, however in my heart I wish I was wrong. Look where we are. That is rhetorical.

I have a bi-polar son who can astound you with his reading abilities. He stunned us by being able to read like an adult while he was still in diapers. He apparently learned completely on his own. He could function as a news anchor.

However, his ability to comprehend and infer from what he has read is minimal. It sounds like he is very informed while he is reading, yet it is an illusion.

Obama, in my opinion, is doing the same thing.
