Why can’t employed people pay $30 for a physical?

Because we will be too poor from the VAT and energy taxes?

It's disturbing to see the government treat us like kids, and then steal from our piggy bank.

No, the only way to scale back Obamacare is to get a full bill through the White House. And the soonest that can happen is 3 weeks after the entire plan - including the payouts of benefits, the restructuring of all plans, the closing/consolidating of insurance agencies - starts running.

All by design, to make a reversal as painful if not more painful than the original health care bill implementation.

There is another way to stop this, before we get too deep. SCOTUS.

If a way could be found to make the bill, or the way it was foisted upon us by bribery to be unconstitutional, a 5-4 decision could cause RAT heads to explode everywhere.....

.....And the average citizen to breath a sigh of relief (at the expense of more CO2 in the atmosphere)!

I'm sure all the RAT Judges and Lawyers in the court system will drag the process out in an effort to prevent such an outcome until it is too late. That in itself would be illegal in my opinion because the delay would be motivated within the "impartial" court system to affect the political outcome. But I will never hold my breath that it will ever be prosecuted.

Yes, I agree, the SCOTUS is the only way to end this. But they probably won’t hear the case until 2012, and business will already be well down the path towards implementation, because if you wait until the SCOTUS weighs the case there wouldn’t be enough time to change things by the 2013 start date.

We’ve got Obamacare, and we’ve had it since it passed the House last summer. Now the concern should be how to amend it to do as little damage as possible, with the starting line being the regulations in place by 2013. That’s the new baseline...

“Didnt Obama promise us over and over that if we are happy with our current health care plans, we can keep them?? I am starting to question Obama’s honesty :)”

He has never been honest in his life why start now?
