I think so - If this were happening in San Fransissy, you can bet he’d have the coast guard on the job making sure none of that oil made it ashore!
Someone who plans to campaign for her if she decides to run for president. I won't support her nomination. However if she is the nominee and it is her v. 0 then yes of course I'll vote for her.
I prefer to support a conservative republican governor who hasn't quit the last two elective offices he has held. I am afraid that if she becomes president and the heat gets too hot... like it did in Alaska...that she will quit the WH like she quit the governorship in AK.
btt
Your are entitled to your opinion, I think it's wrong.
Obviously, somebody who quits as governor, who then goes after Obama day after day, and then runs for president, isn't somebody who has retreated, and isn't somebody who runs away from something because "it's too hot".
Yes, and they have cover now, with the new lie about Sestak.
They sure do. They’ll be spinning so fast this weekend on Sestak little else will break through to a public already focused on the holiday.
Right.
On the contrary. It is much easier to criticize than to persevere in the face of criticism.
Sarah herself explained why she3 resigned - the never ending lawsuits was bankrupting her & costing the State of Alaska millions.
Ironically, the plan by the o-bots backfired as it now gives Sarah the freedom to "Reload" and "Attack" - LOL!
I'm not an "o-bot." I didn't vote for 0bama. I campaigned against him, I will campaign against him again. He is destroying our country. Kindly retract the epithet.
I’ll consider just as soon as you retract your personal attack re: Gov Palin, Mr. oh-bot! Or is that Mr. Myth-bot?
On the contrary. It is much easier to criticize than to persevere in the face of criticism.
What part of what I describe above isn't perseverance?
Perseverance is when one stays at one's post and finishes the task to which one is elected. Sarah Palin has not persevered. She quit. Yes, I know why she quit--because the phony ethics lawsuits forced her to hire counsel and it was costing her big bucks and keeping her from doing her job. What will she do when the lefties come after her as President? They will hit her with all they've got. Will she stay at her post and persevere? She doesn't have a very good track record.
Perseverance is when one stays at one's post and finishes the task to which one is elected.
Your above definition of perseverance is selective.
Obviously, somebody who quits as governor, who then goes after Obama day after day, and who then runs for president, isn't somebody who has retreated, and isn't somebody who runs away from something because "it's too hot"
BTW, do you think Andrew Jackson was a quitter? Did he quit as president? Do you know how many times he quit as an elected congressman??
Criticizing the president is easy because it is a target-rich environment. And she hasn't run for president yet.
...she hasn't run for president yet.
So if she does run, then you would admit that she isn't somebody who has retreated, and she isn't somebody who runs away from something because "it's too hot".
I wouldn’t know until she ran, got elected and then stuck it out for the entire term.
I wouldnt know until she ran, got elected and then stuck it out for the entire term
Okay, you wouldn't.
