GLOBAL WARMING (or the new, more fashionable CLIMATE CHANGE) is to blame!LOL, AccuWeather's Joe Bastardi seems like a pretty conservative guy and does not buy into the global warming BS. At least that's how he's come across to me during his many appearances on Fox News over the years...
