There's the Census and there's that household survey. Two different things.

And no, I didn't exactly pick the benefits ~ more like I was recruited to do a job.

The issue here is the question of a "privacy claim". Voters who demand "privacy" but are otherwise unwilling to grant it to others should expect on sympathy on that score.

I got the ACS a couple of years ago and didn’t fill it out. Expect the Census folks to try and get you to fill out the form using phone calls, daily personal visits, & interviewing your neighbors.

The ACS seemed to run on a quarterly basis. So, if you can survive 90 days of harassment, they’ll finally leave you alone.

I received a letter today (5-24-10) informing me that I will be getting the forms in a “few days”. Typical government BS - sending a letter at tax payers expense telling you that you’ll be getting something in the mail.

I’ll go to jail before I fill out this form.
