Let's also not forget that Big Sis Napolitano admitted yesterday that she had no idea the Defense Dept. had equipment that could have helped disperse the oil slick. She only dispatched two planes to drop the substance? Two Planes? Please! The only problem with "Obama's Katrina" is that Bush's response to Katrina was not faulty. In fact, he called the Governors before the hurricane hit, and the Governor of LA did nothing.

The whole Katrina hysteria was a media-made lie. The errors were on the part of the LA Governor and the NO Mayor.

Now THIS............THIS is an Obama disaster. He is at fault, but will never be blamed for his apathy, inaction and ineptness.............problems President Bush never, ever had.

My recollection of Katrina was that Bush had FEMA stage emergency equipment and supplies outside of the imminent storm zone so that the supplies would be ready to move once the storm passed.

Remember, Katrina had already crossed Florida and was heading into the Gulf, so FEMA had plenty advance warning that the storm was coming in order to prepare.

The delay in getting suppies into New Orleans was the fault of Blanco, who needed to coordinate every move with Howard Dean at the DNC for political implications, and Nagin, who failed to exercise his own emergency plan.
