I'll be the first to stand up against micro-chipping humans, just so you know where I am coming from - BUT this micro-chip caused tumors in dogs story is waaaaaaaaay blown out of proportion. Its fear mongering pure and simple.

The source website, "antichip.com," would be a good first clue....

I have the feeling that these folks are hoping to cash in on the fear of folks who can be persuaded to de-chip Fluffy.... Sorta like the anti-amalgm filling craze of a few years back.
