This newbie’s call for freepers to harass PayPal makes us look like idiots too.
Oh boy, that's not good - where did his name and addresses come from? Has this been vetted properly? Those links should come down if it's the wrong guy.
He is lying. I confirmed from two different sources that Jason Levin who started the page is indeed the same person.
“Or would you rather Freepers harass PayPal on the word of a newbie?”
I’ve been around a while and often wondered how long it takes before a newbie becomes an official member of FR where they can post without fear of being called out for their small amount of time on this board.
It happened to me when I was new.
Just curious.
Is it one month? Six months? One year?
What links?
And please note that this organization has never claimed to be a charity.
They use PayPal as does Free Republic and most of blogspot.com sites I’ve seen.
I don't like the idea of infiltrating the infiltrators, but maybe the ends justify the means (no...not really).
This is getting very complex, and there will be hard times.
Good luck, and God bless us all.
I appreciate your concern, you don’t want to email the wrong guy. Here is what I had.
1. His name and email from Whois
2. His name and the same email from Linkedin
3. His name and the same email from his own website which has since been removed.
4. The same contact information for other websites of his.
I think it is pretty conclusive we identified the right guy. Otherwise the guy is the victim of a serious identity theft he should know about.
AND FINALLY:
Our Jason Levin’s Linkedin page has been deleted and the code for both his personal website and the crash the tea party site were generated in the same way.
SO, we have the right guy. Not to worry, he just got caught doing something stupid.
Apparently, the guy only has 50 supporters.
Good for you! I heard that the guy has only 50 supporters. hahahaha. But beware just in case.
Hi Jean,
Let me state that I don’t advocate harassing PayPal. Only that PayPal be made aware of the situation. Take it up with the Freeper from Oregon who looked into the “crashers’” legal status. So what if he is a newbie? Doesn’t make the person wrong. Therefore, I don’t have to “prove” anything. Why don’t you prove that the fact was wrong?
Have a great day!
