Both parents must be American citizens, not necessarily natural born citizens. However, the parents natural born citizenship did not automatically transfer citizenship to a child at the time BO/BS was born. Federal law required the parent be physically present in the U.S. for at least 10 years with five of those years after the age of fourteen. This means a parent must have been at least 19 years of age. BO's/Bs's mother was only 18 at the time he was born.

That is the all important point that makes all the birth certificate issues moot.

I think you have overstated the parental requirements otherwise there would be very few natural born citizens anywhere. A better way of saying it is:

“Both parents have to be US citizens”

One of my great grand parents came from Germany and that would disqualify one my parents, a grand parent and me by your definition of natural born.

Thankfully, Obama’s eligibility grows daily.

When 40 representatives out of 90 in Arizona sponsor a bill demanding proof of eligibility for ballot status, and a several other states sponsor similar bills, this is counts as **real** stuff!

Are all these legislators “cranks”, as Ann Coulter would say? These men and women are leaders in their communities and highly successful businessmen and women. Likely, a rather large portion are **attorneys**. Are these people “nutz”?

In some states those that have serious doubts about Obama’s eligibility is well over 50%. It's been reported that even in Marxist California it is over 30%.

There NO POSSIBLE WAY that Democrats will be able to drive around this great big pile of stinking road kill blocking the way to the polls in 2010 or 2012.

Actually, I think it would have been enough just to have Obama’s two parents remain and live in the United States. Hard to claim being a natural born citizen because your mom kicks you out of the house to live with granny and gramps.
