Other documents show that the Bush Justice Department failed to prosecute ACORN voter registration fraud of non-citizens in Phoenix, Arizona in 2007 because the allegations that led to the opening of the investigation were unverifiable. Notably, the FBI document detailing this questionable decision reveals that a draft Intelligence Bulletin
concludes that ACORNs employment practices perpetuate fraudulent voter registration. This surprised me but I'm apt to believe they were truly unverifiable as ACORN's goal is to only see rats in office.

The way to get rid of ACORN is to do what was done in Ohio. Civil RICO suits at the state level. The Obama-Holder Justice Department is a de facto defender of ACORN.
