What's your complaint with it beyond "don't tell me what to do"? Quit whining. You know d@mn well that standing before DC locked-and-loaded will lead to a repeat of the
Bonus Army slaughter. If you have a viable complaint, fine; otherwise, realize there is a time & place for anarchy and such protests aren't it.

Do not transport a loaded rifle or shotgun in any vehicle on any public street, road, or highway during this event. That pretty much makes everybody not able to transport their firearms to the event.

Thats loaded not unloaded. You can transport 100-rifles as long as they're unloaded.
