I did not go to the link. (have to use my blackberry to do streaming)
I guess my question/shock if true is did this stow away fly in the landing gear?
And Lived to tell/show his journey?
If so that is Amazing.
I guess I am confused on what transpired.
Had a good cam cord device (cheap enough) but could not buy a seat on the flight?

I guess my question/shock if true is did this stow away fly in the landing gear? There was no stowaway. It was a "stowaway's view" from a camera mounted to the nosegear of a 747 cargo aircraft.

I would have been better if the camera had been pointing forward but nice all the same.

O the 747 (all Boeing's) there are circuit breakers for the main and nose gear. You would “pull”the breakers for the mains, then lower the gear via the normal gear handle.
When your ready for the mains, just push the breakers back in.
Not normal procedures for sure ...

Probably a clearance (stowed) issue and/or aerodynamic limits of camera; it would be easier/quicker to shield it behind (aft of) the nosegear.
